We provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax planning, and financial advisory services to businesses across the Netherlands and European Union.

heckeltuvg operates in accordance with Dutch accounting standards, GDPR requirements, and professional accounting principles. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and adhere to confidentiality obligations. Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our advice or services.
Service fees are agreed upon before commencement of work and may be charged on a fixed fee, hourly rate, or project basis. Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in interest charges and suspension of services. All fees are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT where required.
All intellectual property rights in our website, documents, methodologies, and proprietary materials remain the property of heckeltuvg B.V. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission. Client data and information remain the property of the client, while heckeltuvg retains rights to general knowledge and experience gained through providing services.
heckeltuvg maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and data. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law, with client consent, or to trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements. This obligation continues beyond the termination of our service relationship.
heckeltuvg processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and will notify you of any data breaches as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, heckeltuvg's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of professional indemnity insurance coverage maintained by heckeltuvg.
heckeltuvg shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemic, or technical failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify clients of any significant delays.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. heckeltuvg may terminate services immediately in case of non-payment, breach of these terms, or if continuation would violate professional standards. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and heckeltuvg will return client documents and data as required by law.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, mediation through a recognised Dutch mediation service is preferred before pursuing litigation. Any formal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The Dutch version of these terms shall prevail in case of any translation discrepancies.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
